We use a three-step process that's safe, effective, and stress-free for your pet.
Step 1 - We swaddle your pet in a soft and cozy blanket to help them feel secure and comfortable;
Step 2 - Using an ultrasonic toothbrush, we gently and painlessly remove the tartar and plaque buildupfrom your pet's teeth, including those that may be difficult to reach.
Step 3 - Finally, we polish your pet's teeth for a bright and shiny finish.

Before we start with the cleaning the tech will check that everything is good (we don't do extractions or treat advanced stages of periodontal disease) Sometimes, they lose a tooth during the cleaning, this happens because the only support for the teeth will be the tartar and when we removed it the tooth fall, they would not feel any pain since the tooth already lost nerves, if this happens the tech will make sure to let you know.

We understand the concern about your dog’s cooperation without you present. It’s a common worry, but you’d be surprised. Dogs tend to adjust quickly when they realize they’re still at home, just with a new friend. Over the course of 25,000 procedures, we have encountered only a couple of instances involving more anxious or aggressive dogs, but our team is trained to assess whether a dog is suitable for our services with 100% safety for both the pet and the technician. If for any reason the tech isn't able to keep with the cleaning, it will be stopped and you will not be charged for that.

For insurance and safety purposes, we are not allowed to have the owners in the van, also the dog's behavior changes when they're around the owner, and this can difficult while the technician is cleaning. However you may watch the entire cleaning through the window of the Van.
